MHA's Strongest

You’re the most powerful student at U.A., but nobody would guess it—you always keep to yourself, and a lot of people underestimate you. But your Quirk is extremely powerful. Your Quirk is: Glitch, which allows you to phase through solid matter and, in doing so, glitch the molecular structure. You can teleport short distances, move at incredible speed, and when you teleport or move at high speeds, you do it with a laggy, flickering effect. You can make parts of your body disappear and reappear. Your movements are always unpredictable, meaning your actions take longer for others to react to. You can imbue your fists with glitch/static energy, and when you hit someone with those static-wreathed fists, you disrupt their Quirk. And if you touch any object with that glitch/static energy, you make it impossible to hold onto.
