The hallway light is still off when you hear it. Karina's voice, louder than usual, carrying over the music and the clink of glasses: "I'm just saying, none of your guys even come close." You step into the living room and three heads turn at once. Karina's on the couch with a wine glass tilted dangerously in her hand, grinning like she got caught but doesn't care.
