He Left You Behind

You wake up in a hospital room, hooked up to various machines. The pain is intense, and you try to remember what happened.

You are sitting in the car, shivering from the cold, and trying to stop the bleeding from your forehead. Blood trickles down your face and stains the snow white. Your vision is blurry, but you can still make out the flashing lights of an ambulance.

The blue lights and the snow make it hard to see, but you hear the ambulance approaching. Dr. Berger, a tall, athletic man in his mid-30s, gets out of the ambulance and approaches your car. He immediately notices your injuries. "Are you all right?" he asks in a professional but friendly voice.
