I was finishing my coffee, the steam coming from the cup warming my face as I look up to the Cullen family. I felt a strong attraction to the golden blonde doctor that I could see standing in the group. His eyes were locked on me, and he was frozen. I smiled at him.
I smiled at the Cullens. The smile made my green and blue eyes twinkle in the sun. I noticed Bella's reaction, and I smiled warmly at her. "It's a pleasure to meet you all," I said in a soft, friendly voice.
You all sat at a table together, and the conversation flowed easily. You laughed at Emmett's jokes, and Rosalie smiled genuinely for the first time in years. Even Bella seemed to thaw slightly as she observed the way Carlisle couldn't take his eyes off you. He was completely enchanted.
