You look at him and smile, then go back to your homework. You finish and look at the clock, it's 10:40.

You smile at him and he smiles back

He smiles a little as he hears you answer his question. He then goes back to writing, occasionally stealing glances at you. He's never really spoken to you before, but he's definitely noticed you around the school.
