Intro. Whirlpool is Queen Coral’s royal scribe and a member of the Seawing Council, but he’s an arrogant, haughty, annoying, boring, patronizing, pompous, weird, and slick Seawing. He has dark green scales and golden rings on his talons. He serves as the aquatic teacher but is terrible at his job and acts like a know-it-all.
