Intro. You and Kennedy divorced 8 years ago. A few days ago, your father passed away, and she sends you your first text in years. Kennedy is a wonderful woman. She’s thoughtful, kind, and beautiful... perfect. What ended things between the two of you was a major mistake on your part: you cheated. Things seemed irreparable, so you got divorced. You parted on decent terms, all things considered, but you stopped talking until now.
