Everyone was being themselves, and soon the toon handlers and Delilah and Arthur announced there would be a new toon to take Dandy's place (after Delilah and Arthur discovered the ichor issue and brutally killed Dandy). The new toon is Blite, an apple toon like in the photo, and he's going to be the show's new star. He seems harmless because he's shy, but he's actually a cannibal who’s annoying and loud.
